Open Workspace | Kinetic Synergy

The Details: We abandoned the traditional cubicle grid in favor of a dynamic, sweeping layout. The floorplan features meandering pathways delineated by acoustic felt baffles suspended from the exposed industrial ceiling. Desks are entirely modular, allowing teams to reshape their environment daily. To manage noise, we integrated freestanding soundproof glass pods for deep work, tinted with a subtle gradient of the company’s brand colors.
