অর্ডার প্লেস করা
কেনার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার বাড়ি/অফিস/দোকান/বিল্ডিং/প্রাঙ্গণে প্রবেশদ্বার/দরজার মাপ দেখে নিন, যাতে পণ্যটি ভিতরে প্রবেশ করতে কোনো সমস্যা না হয় তা নিশ্চিত করুন। এমন পরিস্থিতিতে আমরা রিটার্ন বা বাতিল গ্রহণ করি না। কিছু আইটেম আছে যা আপনাকে নিজেরই সেট করতে হবে।

আপনি একটি আইটেমের বিবরণ পৃষ্ঠায় সমস্ত প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য পাবেন। যখন আমরা এই আইটেমগুলিকে সেট করার জন্য কিট সরবরাহ করি, তখন আপনাকে সবকিছু বুঝে নেয়ার জন্য আপনার নিজস্ব কাঠমিস্ত্রি এর ব্যবস্থা করতে হতে পারে।

যেখানেই BROTHERS INTERIOR STUDIO পন্য সরবরাহ করবে ,কাঠমিস্ত্রি কে সেখানে উপস্থিত থেকে পন্যটি সেট করার পদ্ধতি বুঝে নিতে হবে ।

ডেলিভারিতে সমস্ত আইটেমের জন্য যা দাড় করানো যাবে বলে আশা করা হয়, নিশ্চিত করুন যে আইটেমটি স্থির এবং সোজা। পৃষ্ঠ এবং মেঝে স্তরের পার্থক্যের কারণে ৫ মিমি পর্যন্ত অসমতা ঘটে এবং এটি একটি স্বীকৃত শিল্প মান। আইটেম ভারসাম্য করার জন্য ছোট কাঠের সংযুক্ত করতে হবে।

অনুগ্রহ করে আইটেমটি নিয়ে আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট টিমের কাছে রিপোর্ট করুন এবং আমরা সেখান থেকে এটি নিয়ে যাব। ধুলো বা চকচকেভাব অভাবের ক্ষেত্রে, পরিষ্কার করার জন্য একটি কাপড় ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে । এটি আসবাবপত্র পরিষ্কার এবং চকচকে করার জন্য একটি স্বীকৃত পদ্ধতি।

ক্ষতি
আমরা পণ্যটি আপনার দোরগোড়ায় পৌঁছে দেব (টাংগাইল শহরের অভ্যন্তরে) আমরা একটি ক্ষতিশূন্য, ঝামেলামুক্ত অভিজ্ঞতা নিশ্চিত করতে সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় সতর্কতা নিয়েছি, অনুগ্রহ করে অবিলম্বে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন, তাছাড়া যেকোন নির্দেশিকা ম্যানুয়াল, স্ক্রু, নাট ইত্যাদি মিস হয়ে যেতে পারে, এক্ষেত্রে অবিলম্বে গ্রাহক সহায়তাকে জানানো উচিত, যাতে তারা এটি আপনার কাছে পৌঁছে দেওয়ার ব্যবস্থা করতে পারে ।

আপনার পন্যটিতে যদি কোনো স্ক্র্যাচ \ভাঙ্গন থাকে বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় আসে তাহলে ক্ষতির জন্য সমস্ত দাবি আইটেম প্রাপ্তির 3 দিনের মধ্যে করা আবশ্যক এবং ক্ষতির পরিমাণ নির্ণয় করতে আইটেমটির ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ জায়গার একটি ছবি দিতে হবে । আপনার অনুরোধটি যত তাড়াতাড়ি আমরা পাব তত তাড়াতাড়ি তার সমাধান করা হবে।

এই সময়ে আমাদের টিমের দ্বারা নির্দেশ না দেওয়া পর্যন্ত আমরা আপনাকে সমস্ত প্যাকিং উপকরণ ধরে রাখার জন্য অনুরোধ করছি। আমরা পণ্য(গুলি) সংগ্রহ করার পরেই ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে। অনুগ্রহ করে রিভার্স পিক আপের জন্য 3 দিন পর্যন্ত সময় দিন এবং তারপরে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করুন৷

বাতিলকরণ
একবার অর্ডার দেওয়ার পরে কোনও বাতিলকরণ গ্রহণ করা হবে না। নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে, BROTHERS INTERIOR STUDIO আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে। এই ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে, BROTHERS INTERIOR STUDIO গ্রাহককে সম্পূর্ণরূপে ফেরত দেবে।

Refund Policy

Placing an Order
Please check the dimensions of the entrance/door to your home/office/shop/building/premise before buying, so as to ensure that there is no problem in getting the product inside. In such a situation we will not be able to accept return or cancellation. There are some items that you will need to assemble on your own. You will find all relevant assembly information on an item details page. While we provide kits to assemble these items, you might need to arrange your own carpenter for assembly. Wherever BROTHERS INTERIOR
STUDIO provides, the carpenter visits will be scheduled subsequent to the delivery of the item.

On Delivery
For all items that are expected to stand, ensure that the item is steady and straight. Unevenness up to 5mm happens due to difference in surfaces and floor levels and is an accepted industry standard. Bushes will have to be attached to balance the item. Please report the item to our Customer Support team and we will take it on from there. In case of dust or a lack of shine, rubbing the surface with a cloth will help. This is an accepted method for cleaning the surface of a furniture item and making it shine.

Damages
We will deliver the product to your doorstep (inside TANGAIL City) we took every necessary precaution to ensure a zero-damage, hassle-free experience, please contact us immediately, in case:

• Your item has any scratches or breakage that unfortunately might have occurred in the course of transit warranting your item to be fixed.
• Any instruction manual, screws, nuts etc. that might have been missed, should be informed to Customer Support immediately, so that they can arrange to have it delivered to you.
• Your item arrives in damaged condition. All claims for damage must be made within 3 days of receipt of the item.

Your request for a repair or refund will be processed as soon as we receive the photographs of the item to ascertain the extent of the
damage.

We request you to retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by our team. Refunds will be processed only after we have
collected the product(s).

Please allow up to 3 days for reverse pick up and subsequently to process the refund.

Cancellations
No cancellations will be accepted once an order is placed. For reasons beyond control, BROTHERS INTERIOR STUDIO may cancel your order. In such cases, BROTHERS INTERIOR STUDIO will refund the customer in full.
