শর্তাবলী

১. এই বিল অফ কোয়ান্টিটি (BOQ) জমা দেওয়ার তারিখ থেকে ৬০ দিন পর্যন্ত বৈধ।

২. উপরে উল্লিখিত মূল্য ভ্যাট এবং AIT ব্যতীত।

৩. কাজের পরিধি পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে +- 10% কারণ বেশিরভাগ কাজ ম্যানপাওয়ার ও কাজের জটিলতা নিয়ে গঠিত এবং বিভিন্ন পরিবর্তন আসতে পারে নির্মাণের সময়। যাইহোক, এই ধরনের যেকোন ভিন্নতা ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে আলোচনা এবং চূড়ান্ত করা হবে।

৪. অর্থপ্রদানে বিলম্বের ফলে প্রকল্প স্থগিত বা বাতিল হতে পারে। প্রকল্পের সময়সীমার থেকে এই বিলম্ব সময় কাটা হবে না ।

৫. সাইটের কাজ অনুমোদিত (স্বাক্ষরিত) কাজের অঙ্কন অনুযায়ী করা হবে।

৬. আমদানিকৃত আইটেম/উপাদানের প্রাপ্যতা বাজার নির্ভর এবং মূল্য বর্তমান বাজার মূল্য অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৭. অতিরিক্ত কাজ BOQ এবং পরিবর্তিত টাইমলাইন (স্বাক্ষরিত বা ইমেল) ক্লায়েন্ট দ্বারা অনুমোদিত হওয়া উচিত এবং অতিরিক্ত কাজ এর জন্য কাজের অগ্রগতি অনুপাত অনুযায়ী অর্থ প্রদান নিশ্চিত করা উচিত ।

৮. উপরে উল্লিখিত কাজের পরিধিতে যেকোন পরিবর্তন এবং/অথবা সংশোধন মূল্য এবং ডেলিভারির সময়কালের পরিবর্তন ঘটাতে পারে এবং এই ধরনের পরিবর্তন এর অধীনে ইতিমধ্যে সম্পন্ন কাজের জন্য অর্থ প্রদান করাতে বিলম্ব করা যাবে না ।

৯. আমরা অবিলম্বে ক্লায়েন্টকে যে কোনও পরিস্থিতি বা ঘটনা লিখিতভাবে অবহিত করব যা ফোর্স ম্যাজিউর (যেমন: প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, মহামারী, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা ইত্যাদি) থেকে এসেছে এবং যখন আমাদের পক্ষে সম্পূর্ণ বা কাজের অংশটি চালানো অসম্ভব। এই ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে পরিষেবাগুলি ফোর্স ম্যাজিওর দ্বারা সৃষ্ট সময়ের সমান সময়ের জন্য স্থগিত করা হয়েছে বলে গণ্য হবে এবং পরিষেবাগুলি অব্যাহত রাখার জন্য পুনরায় সংযোজন করা হবে একটি যুক্তিসঙ্গত সময়কাল এর মধ্যে যা এক সপ্তাহের বেশি নয় ।

১০. এই লেনদেনের ফলে ঘটিত যেকোন বিরোধ/অসম্মতি এই প্রস্তাবের সাথে জড়িত দলগুলি উভয়ের দ্বারা বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণভাবে সমাধান করা হবে ।

১১. সম্পূর্ণ প্রকল্পে ১ বছরের হার্ডওয়্যার প্রতিস্থাপন গ্যারান্টি এবং ২ বছরের পরিষেবা ওয়ারেন্টি অন্তর্ভুক্ত রয়েছে৷ এই ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কাল সাইট হস্তান্তরের তারিখ থেকে কার্যকর হবে।

১২. কাজের মোট মূল্যের ৫% বুকিং মানি হিসেবে অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে। এরপর মালামাল সাইটে পৌঁছালে ৪৫%, পেইন্টের কাজ শুরু করার পূর্বে ৩০%, লাইটিং ইনস্টল করার আগে ১৫% এবং অবশিষ্ট ৫% অর্থ কাজ সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর সাইট হস্তান্তরের সময় পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

১৩. কাজ চলাকালীন সময়ে সাইটে প্রয়োজনীয় বিদ্যুৎ, পানি, লিফট (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে) এবং মালামাল রাখার জন্য নিরাপদ স্টোর রুমের ব্যবস্থা ক্লায়েন্টকে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।

১৪. ডিজাইন ফাইনাল করা, ম্যাটেরিয়াল সিলেকশন বা ক্লায়েন্টের পক্ষ থেকে কোনো সিদ্ধান্তের বিলম্বের কারণে প্রজেক্টের সময়সীমা বৃদ্ধি পেলে তার দায় আমাদের ওপর বর্তাবে না।

১৫. প্রজেক্ট চলাকালীন বা সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর, আমাদের নিজস্ব ওয়েবসাইট, ব্রোশিওর বা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রচারের জন্য কাজের ছবি ও ভিডিও ধারণ করার পূর্ণ অধিকার রাখবে। ক্লায়েন্টের লিখিত আপত্তি না থাকলে এটি কার্যকর হবে এবং কোনো অবস্থাতেই ক্লায়েন্টের ব্যক্তিগত নিরাপত্তা বা গোপনীয়তা বিঘ্নিত করা হবে না।
বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্য: সংযোজন, হ্রাস এবং/অথবা নকশা এবং সম্পাদনের পরিবর্তনের কারণে এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে, যা উভয় পক্ষের মতামতের মাধম্যে পরে নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে।

 

Terms and Conditions

1. This Bill of Quantity (BOQ) is valid upto 60 days from the date of submission.

2. The above mentioned price is excluding VAT & AIT.

3. The work scope may vary +- 10% as most of the work will consist of Human Efforts and various changes may come up
during construction. However, any such variation shall be discussed and finalized with the Client.

4. Delays in payment may result in project postponement or cancellation. This delay time will not be deducted from the
project’s agreed-upon timeline.

5. Site work will be done as per approved (Signed) working drawing.

6. Imported items/material availability is market dependent and price may change according to current market price.

7. Additional work BOQ & modified timeline should be approved by (Signed or Email) Client & ensure additional work
payment as per working progress ratio.

8. Any changes and/or revisions to the above stated scope of work may lead to a variation in the price and delivery period
and such change must not hold payment for works already done under this quotation.

9. We shall promptly notify the client, in writing of any situation or event arising from Force Majeure which makes it
impossible for us to carry out the whole or the part of the work. Upon such situation the services shall be deemed to be
postponed for a period of time equal to that caused by the Force Majeure & a reasonable period not exceeding one week
to remobilize for the continuation of the services.

10. Any disputes/disagreement arising out of this transaction and this proposal shall be resolve amicable by the both
parties.

11. The completed project includes 1 year of hardware replacement guarantee and 2 years of service warranty.

12. An advance booking money of 5% of the total project value must be paid. Following this, 45% shall be paid upon the arrival of materials at the site, 30% prior to the commencement of paintwork, 15% before installing the lighting, and the remaining 5% balance must be settled upon site handover after completion of all work.

13. The client must ensure the availability of necessary electricity, water, lift access (where applicable), and a secure store room for safely keeping materials during the ongoing site work.

14. If the project timeline is extended due to delays in finalizing designs, selecting materials, or any other decision-making from the client's end, the responsibility or liability for such delays shall not fall upon us.

15. During the project or after its completion, we reserve the full right to capture photographs and videos of the work for promotional purposes on our own website, brochure, or social media platforms. This shall be effective unless there is a written objection from the client, and under no circumstances will the client's personal security or privacy be compromised.

 

Warranty period will be effective from the date of site handover.

Special Note: This quotation might change due to addition, reduction and/or change of design and execution, human
errors which will be settled later in concern of both parties.
